For group orders or custom pre order links, production begins after the order link closes. Turnaround time starts once the link has closed and all orders have been collected.

Rush orders may be available depending on the current schedule and product availability. Please contact K&J Infinite Designs before placing a rush order to confirm if it can be completed by your needed date. A rush fee may apply.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delays in payment, design approval, missing sizes, or missing order details may delay production.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in or near the Carol Stream and Wheaton area. Once your order is complete, you will be contacted with pickup details.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available depending on your location. If you need your order delivered to your home, delivery availability and any delivery fee will be based on mileage from Carol Stream, IL.

Pickup or delivery details will be confirmed once your order is ready. Please make sure your contact information is correct so we can reach you when your order is complete.

Yes! K&J Infinite Designs offers shipping options for customers who are not able to use local pickup or local delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size, package weight, shipping destination, and shipping method selected. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout or confirmed before your order is completed.

Worldwide shipping may be available. Shipping costs for international orders will vary based on the destination, package size, and carrier rates.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 2: Design Details & Quote

Once we receive your request, we will review the details and follow up with any questions. A price quote will be provided based on the item type, design, quantity, and customization needed.

Step 3: Design Approval

A design mockup may be sent for approval before production begins. Please review spelling, names, dates, colors, and all design details carefully. Once approved, the design will move into production.

Step 4: Payment

Payment is required before your custom order is made. Orders are not started until payment has been received.

Step 5: Production

Group orders are perfect for teams, schools, dance studios, gymnastics families, clubs, businesses, family events, and organizations that want matching apparel.

For group orders, K&J Infinite Designs can create a custom order link just for your group. This allows each person to place their own order, choose their size, and submit payment through the link.

Step 1: Submit a Group Order Request

Start by contacting us with your group order idea. Please include the type of group, item you are interested in, design idea, estimated quantity, and the date you need the order by.

Step 2: Design & Order Details

We will work with you to finalize the design, apparel options, pricing, and order details. A design mockup may be provided for approval before the group order link is opened.

Step 3: Custom Order Link is Created

Once the design and details are approved, we will create a custom order link for your group. This link can be shared with your team, families, staff, members, or customers.

Step 4: Set an Order Deadline

If you would like the group order to close on a specific date, we can set a deadline. Once the order link closes, no additional orders may be accepted unless another order window is opened.

Step 5: Production Begins

Production begins after the group order link has closed and all orders have been collected. This allows us to make all items together and keep the order organized.

Step 6: Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping

Once the order is complete, pickup, delivery, or shipping details will be shared. Depending on the group order, items may be packaged individually or together.

Important: Because group orders are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error made by K&J Infinite Designs or an item is defective. Please double-check all sizes, names, numbers, spelling, colors, and order details before submitting your order.

Rush orders may be available depending on the item, design details, quantity, and current order schedule. If you need an order completed sooner than the standard turnaround time, please contact K&J Infinite Designs before placing your order to confirm availability.

Step 2: Availability Will Be Confirmed

We will review the request and let you know if a rush order is possible. Rush orders are not guaranteed and depend on product availability, design complexity, and current workload.

Step 3: Rush Fee May Apply

A rush fee may be added for orders that need to be completed faster than the standard turnaround time. The rush fee will be shared before payment is made.

Step 4: Payment & Approval Required

Payment and final design approval must be completed before the rush order is started. Delays in payment or approval may affect the completion date.

Important: Rush orders are custom-made and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error made by K&J Infinite Designs or the item is defective. Please double-check all sizes, spelling, names, dates, colors, and design details before approving your rush order.

Your item was made with care, and proper washing will help keep your design looking great. Please follow these instructions:

• Wait 24 hours before the first wash
• Turn the garment inside out
• Wash in cold water with like colors
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals
• Avoid fabric softener when possible
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron directly over the design
• Avoid high heat, especially on the printed area

Following these steps will help protect the print, color, and quality of your custom apparel.

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for each customer, all custom sales are final. K&J Infinite Designs does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom items once the design has been approved and production has started.

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

• Personalized shirts or apparel
• Items with names, dates, numbers, or custom wording
• Group orders
• Preorder link items
• School spirit wear
• Team apparel
• Business or event shirts
• Special request designs

Please review your order carefully before approving. Customers are responsible for checking all details before production begins, including:

• Size selections

• Design color
• Spelling
• Names
• Numbers
• Dates
• Quantity
• Pickup, delivery, or shipping information

Once the final design is approved and payment has been received, changes may not be able to be made.

Mistakes or Defective Items

If there is an error made by K&J Infinite Designs or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If the mistake was made by K&J Infinite Designs, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Important: Refunds or replacements will not be given for customer errors such as ordering the wrong size, entering incorrect spelling, approving incorrect design details, or changing your mind after the order has been made. Please double-check all order details before submitting payment and approving your design.
